The plate heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchanger assembled from a series of metal sheets with a certain corrugated shape. As a kind of heat exchange equipment, plate heat exchanger is widely used in more and more working conditions by virtue of its high heat transfer efficiency, flexible structure and small footprint. Then the designed working pressure is different under different working conditions. Under different pressure conditions, the structure of the plate heat exchanger will also be slightly adjusted.
(1) In the general machinery manufacturing and processing industry, the pressure of the plate heat exchanger will not exceed 10 kg, so the plate of the plate heat exchanger is usually 0.5mm.
(2) In the ultra-high pressure building partition and central air-conditioning system, the working pressure of the plate heat exchanger will be very high (13-16 kg), and even up to 20 kg. Generally speaking, the maximum working pressure of the plate heat exchanger is 16 kg. If the pressure is high, we can also increase the thickness of the heat exchanger plate, thicken the frame plate or increase the density of the tie rod bolts. These three methods can provide the working pressure of the plate exchange.
