The fully welded plate heat exchanger is a heat exchange equipment that is resistant to high temperature and pressure, which is different from the detachable plate heat exchanger. With its small footprint and 0.8-1mm heat exchange plates, the heat transfer efficiency is much higher than that of tubular heat exchangers. (1) Clean up the repair area of the plate heat exchanger before welding, and brush the chlorate brazing flux on the welding surface.
(2) Lay the plate heat exchanger flat before welding, store water in the heat exchanger, and wrap the vicinity of the welding area with a damp cloth to prevent the high temperature generated during welding from being conducted to nearby and melting other places or affecting the welding strength.
(3) The silver-based electrode used for welding should have a silver content of at least 45%. The temperature during welding should not exceed 650°C to avoid affecting the welding strength.
(4) The continuous welding time should be controlled not to be too long in order to reduce the excessive heat influence.
