(1) During the test expansion, the material and mechanical properties, dimensions, expansion tools, surrounding environment and operators of the tubes and tube sheets of the heat exchanger shall be consistent with the actual working conditions.
(2) After the heat exchanger is expanded, a sealing test and a pull-off test must be carried out.
(3) During the trial expansion, the diameter of the tube and tube plate hole before and after the tube expansion should be accurately measured to determine the tube expansion rate obtained. Carefully observe the various signs on the outer surface of the plate heat exchanger and the axial elongation of the tube.
(4) Take the tube out of the tube plate of the heat exchanger and observe the deformation of the expanded part. The tube expansion test of the heat exchanger is mainly to check some of its performance. Through this experiment, you can also know the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger.
