Plate heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchanger made up of a series of metal sheets with a certain corrugated shape. Thin rectangular channels are formed between various plates, and heat exchange is carried out through the plates. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, low heat loss, compact and lightweight structure, small footprint, wide application and long service life. The plate heat exchanger will generate heat during use. This is due to its ventilation function. There are two ways of ventilation. When using a plate heat exchanger, these two ventilation methods can be selected according to the use of the equipment.
(1) Blast type. The air first flows through the ventilator and then into the plate heat exchanger tube bundle. The operating cost is more economical, the generated turbulence is beneficial to heat transfer, and it is used more.
(2) Induced wind. The air first flows through the tube bundle and then into the ventilator. The air distribution is uniform, which is beneficial to the precise temperature control of the plate heat exchanger unit, and the noise is small, which is the direction of development. The outlet temperature of the thermal fluid is mainly controlled by adjusting the air volume through the tube bundle. Adjust the inclination angle of the blades of the plate heat exchanger, the fan speed and the opening degree of the shutters. For fluids that are easy to condense and freeze in winter, the plate heat exchanger can use hot air circulation or steam heating to adjust the fluid outlet temperature.
