Plate heat exchanger is a kind of heat exchanger formed by pressing thin metal plates into heat exchange plates with corresponding corrugated shapes, stacking them, and fastening them with frame plates and bolts. Thin rectangular channels are formed between various plates for heat exchange. As an industrial product, the plate heat exchanger can not only meet the customer's heat exchange effect and ensure that there are no quality problems, the appearance standard of the plate heat exchanger is also a rigorous process. So what is the inspection standard for the exterior painting of the board changer?
(1) A-level surface must be strictly required. Any visible sagging, orange peel, blooming, wrinkles, inclusions, and mechanical damage need to be compensated for. A small amount of particles that cannot be seen clearly by the naked eye can be present from standing 1 meter away.
(2) General requirements for Class B surface. Any visible sagging, orange peel, blooming, wrinkles, inclusions, and mechanical damage that cannot be seen clearly by the naked eye when standing 1 meter away are allowed
(3) The C-level surface may allow some defects, but it does not mean that the C-level surface has no quality requirements. Before assembly, repairs should be made to repairable ones. For Japanese customers or customers with spray paint quality requirements, all inspections are conducted in accordance with the A-level surface requirements.
