In recent decades, plate heat exchangers have developed rapidly, it has more and more types, better technical performance and wider application range. The plate heat exchanger is mainly composed of frame and plate. Plate heat exchanger plate made of various materials are pressed into corrugations of various shapes by various types of abrasive tools, and angular holes are formed in the four corners of the sheet for the flow path of the medium. The following are three materials for making plate heat exchanger plates.
(1) Titanium: It can naturally form a passivation protective film and has good corrosion resistance. It is a typical material for plate heat exchangers;
(2) Titanium-palladium alloy: It has good corrosion resistance in acid medium and is very suitable for the production of this product;
(3) Advanced stainless steel: It has excellent resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion, and can be used in the condition of medium containing salt water and inorganic acid.
