Plate Heat Exchanger Underheating

   The plate heat exchanger is the most commonly used heat exchange equipment for heating systems. Its operating condition directly affects the quality of external heating.

1.The selection PHE is relatively small

   Under the environment where the circulating water flow and the heating steam flow are not abnormal, the heat exchange rate standard can be satisfied when the intake pressure is relatively large, and the condensate discharge temperature is relatively large; if the air pressure is reduced, there is no way to ensure the heat exchange amount. Most of these problems are caused by the relatively small choice of heat exchangers. The PHE is too small, then the condensed water discharges a high temperature water, causing unnecessary heat consumption . There is no way to ensure normal operation when the steam pressure is small, and it is necessary to replace or add a heat exchanger immediately.

2.Condensate discharge is not smooth

   The stuff is caused by the blockage of the steam trap, and the problem can be solved by cleaning the steam trap. In addition, the condensate pipe is relatively small in production, which causes the condensate discharged poorly, which makes it difficult to adjust the heat exchange amount. It is necessary to increase the size of the condensate pipe to solve it.

3.Insufficient gas

   The main performance is that the phe heat exchange capacity is not guaranteed when the intake pressure is relatively small. Need to check if the pressure reducing valve adjustment is correct. If the pressure reducing valve is weak, the pressure reducing valve cannot be opened, and the pressure reducing valve bypass valve needs to be opened. If the pressure of the main steam valve is small, it is necessary to detect the external steam network and the steam source. As long as the steam pressure is satisfied, the heat exchange amount can be guaranteed.

4.Water blocked

   The difference between the effluent and the influent temperature is large, the difference between the inlet and outlet pressures is large, and the condensate temperature is large and the heat exchange amount is small. The blockage of the waterway leads to a reduction in the water circulation flow rate , and the heat transfer coefficient is reduced.
