Plate Heat Exchanger Corrosion Resistance
The anti-corrosion of the plate heat exchanger is very important, and the anti-corrosion method has corrosion inhibitor and electrochemical maintenance.
(1)Corrosion inhibitor with chromate as a secondary component is rarely used for cooling water. Plate heat exchanger Chromate ion is a (process) gram preparation which can be lost when combined with a suitable gram preparation.It will have satisfactory and economical anti-corrosion results.
(2)Chromate-zinc-polyphosphate: The application of polyphosphate is because it has a clean metal surface and has corrosion inhibition. Polyphosphate can be converted to orthophosphate locally. They can also be combined with calcium. Naturally produced colloidal cations, restraining the process.
(3)Chromate-zinc-phosphonate: This method is similar to the above method except that sodium phosphonate is used instead of polyphosphate. Carbamyl phosphate can also be used for the high value pH of polyphosphate.The plate-type heat exchanger amino-methane phosphonate can avoid scale, even if the pH value is 9, it can control the accumulation of calcium salt.
(4)Chromate-zinc--hydrolyzed polyacrylamide: The plate heat exchanger can avoid or inhibit the occurrence of scale and dirt due to the diffusion effect of the polyacrylamide hydrolyzed by the cationic copolymer.
