On-line Circulating Cleaning Process Of Plate Heat Exchanger

  The plate material of the plate heat exchanger is generally austenitic stainless steel AISI304, AISI304L, AISI316 and 316L. The gasket material is On-line circulating cleaning process of plate heat exchangergenerally nitrile rubber (NBR), ethylene-propylene rubber (ERDM), and these materials are resistant to corrosion by solutions of acids, alkalis, ketones, and alcohols. Based on this, high-efficiency environmentally friendly cleaning agents should be selected for cleaning. The online circulating cleaning process of the plate heat exchanger is as follows.

(1) Check whether the inlet and outlet valves of the cleaning object can be closed tightly and whether closed-circuit cleaning can be achieved. If necessary, add a blind board

(2) According to the heat exchange area and fouling thickness of the heat exchanger, calculate the quantity of cleaning agent stock solution to be prepared

(3) According to the volume of the pipeline, prepare a container for the cleaning agent. The inner surface of the container requires a clean container without an oxide layer or a non-metallic material

(4) Prepare the industrial centrifugal pump for circulation, and prepare the connection pipeline or flange connection between the pump and the heat exchanger and container

(5) Determine whether it is necessary to dilute the cleaning agent stock solution according to the on-site situation. The dilution ratio can be controlled between 1:1 and 1:5 according to different situations

(6) Pour a sufficient amount of cleaning agent into the container and connect the pipeline, turn on the switch to perform closed circuit cleaning of the heat exchange equipment;

(7) Due to the chemical reaction between the cleaning agent and the scale during the cleaning cycle, the scale impurities and foams that are obviously dissolved can be found in the solution tank

(8) Test the solution with PH test paper. If the test result is higher than about 4~5, add the original solution of cleaning agent to the solution to increase the concentration of the solution

(9) After cleaning for a period of time, reverse the inlet and outlet of the circulation pipeline for reverse circulation cleaning

(10) Always test the solution during the cleaning process to keep the concentration of the solution within the effective range until the concentration of the solution does not change for a long time

(11) Replace fresh water in the container for cyclic cleaning and replacement, and wash away the scale and other impurities that have been stripped off in the equipment. The cleaning process also needs to be replaced by the inlet and outlet pipes for repeated washing
