The brazed plate heat exchanger is a new type of high-efficiency heat exchanger formed by stacking a series of corrugated metal sheets and brazing. Thin rectangular channels are formed between various plates for heat exchange. Compared with conventional shell-and-tube heat exchangers, its heat transfer coefficient is much higher under the same flow resistance and pump power consumption. So what is the manufacturing method of brazed plate heat exchanger?
(1) Punching the heat exchange plates, and provide at least one hollow truncated cone in each plate
(2) The plate assembly is formed by continuously installing the plates of the plate heat exchanger into the corresponding openings of the adjacent plates. A predetermined gap is maintained between adjacent surfaces of the plates to form a passage through the heat carrier
(3) Prepare a solder paste compound solution based on copper bicarbonate and nickel salt, and immerse the board assembly in the solder paste solution
(4) Put the plate assembly of the plate heat exchanger with solder paste solution into a high-temperature straight-through conveyor furnace, and use a copper-based alloy to weld and cover the plate assembly during the movement of the plate assembly.
