The type of media here is mainly based on special media. The mortar used in the photovoltaic industry has a large viscosity and a slow flow rate. So when choosing a design, we will give priority to choosing a small angle to increase the flow rate.
(2) Flow rate of heat exchanger medium
For the steam-water heat exchanger, the steam flow rate is too large, our first consideration is to give priority to choosing large-angle plates. Due to the fast steam flow rate, coupled with the current large flow, the large-angled plates can make full use of the heat of the steam.
(3) The heat exchange area of the heat exchanger
Some heat exchangers need to be replaced by the whole machine due to their age. If we don't know any parameters, it is also possible to provide the heat transfer area. We calculate the approximate number of channels based on the heat transfer area. According to the average value of the flow velocity of the medium in the plate heat exchanger, it can be calculated whether the existing channels can be satisfied, so that the size and angle can also be determined.
