The stainless steel metal plates of the plate heat exchanger adopt a mutually inverted mode during assembly. A net-like contact is formed between the plates to turn the fluid in the channel into a net-like fluid. The fluid of the heat exchanger flows from one end to the other end as a one-way flow or a pair of exchange loops to achieve the purpose of heat transfer. The plate heat exchanger not only has high heat exchange efficiency and flexible heat transfer, but also has an extremely high cost performance. As a supporting product in the process, the installation of the plate heat exchanger is extremely simple and complicated. Precautions for the installation of plate heat exchangers at the construction site.
(1) The front section of the plate heat exchanger should leave a space for unloading the tube bundle. The distance between the head and the wall or roof shall not be less than the length of the heat exchanger, and the clear width of the equipment operation channel shall not be less than 0.8m
(2) The plate heat exchanger should be subjected to a hydraulic test at 1.2 times the maximum working pressure. The steam part should not be lower than the steam supply pressure plus 0.3mpa. The hot water part should not be less than 0.4mpa. Under the test pressure, keep the pressure unchanged for 30 minutes.
(3) The vertical clear distance from the highest point of the upper attachment (safety valve) of the plate heat exchanger to the lowest point of the building structure should meet the requirements of installation and testing (not less than 0.2m).
(4) The installation height of various valves and instruments should be convenient for operation and observation.
