The plate heat exchanger wants to ensure the service life of the equipment, not only to use the equipment correctly, but also to properly stop the equipment. How does the plate heat exchanger stop?
(1) Before stopping the plate heat exchanger, the pump must be stopped and the power must be cut off.
(2) If a vent valve is installed on the pipeline, it should be opened
(3) When the plate heat exchanger is stopped, close the inlet valve of the hot medium slowly, then close the inlet valve of the cold medium, and finally close the outlet valve of the two mediums.
(4) For medium with high temperature and corrosive medium, the plate heat exchanger should be stopped and vented as far as possible to avoid scalding and corrosive equipment when opening the equipment.
Whether it is downtime or normal use, correct operation is required. Only by giving the equipment more protection will it give us more benefits.
