The heat transfer mechanism of the plate heat exchanger is based on the law of thermodynamics: “The heat is always spontaneously transmitted from the high temperature object to the low temperature object. If there is a temperature difference between the two fluids, there is bound to be heat transfer.” What is the flange interface of the plate heat exchanger?
(1) Single side: It is one of the most common types of plate heat exchangers. It is usually used for water, water and steam heat exchange. The four holes of the interface are on a plane of the clamping plate. The positioning dimensions are distributed over the four corners.
(2) Single side: The interface form determined according to the position of the pipe. The position of the interface is vertical on the left and right sides respectively.
(3) Double passes: usually it used for heat transfer oil because of the high density and high concentration of oil, the heat transfer coefficient is low. Therefore, a baffle is installed in the middle to form two processes. The heat exchange coefficient is increased to complete the heat exchange, and the position of the flange is opposite at the uppermost sides of the left and right ends.
(4) Single side: It means that the four flange holes are on the left and right sides, respectively at the upper end of the left side and the lower end of the right side.
