What are the causes of noise in heat exchange stations？
(1) Hydrodynamic noise is generated during unit operation. The water flow flows under the action of the impeller and hits the pump wall to cause air noise. When the water in the pipe network passes through the fluid cross section, the water in the pipe network quickly hits the pipe wall and rubs against the pipe wall. This friction is very strong, and the resulting noise diffuses into the air and shows a high frequency tone. This type of noise decays faster.
(2) The mechanical noise generated by the unit of the water pump and the motor and the vibration generated during the operation of the water pump are all causes of noise.The main reason for the mechanical noise is the noise caused by the periodic reciprocating motion of the moving parts of the equipment relative to the fixed parts. Each part generates strong resonance and generates strong noise.The pump noise is caused by the water flow and the unevenness of the pump impeller blades.The pump belongs to a rotary motion machine. Due to the uneven mass distribution of the rotating parts such as the impeller, there is an eccentric distance between the center of mass and the center of rotation, which generates disturbances that will excite the pump vibration. The vibration of the pump body passes through the pump foundation in the form of elastic waves. The connecting pipe and its support and hanger are transferred to the building structure, and then passed out through the building structure.During the operation of the pump, dynamic pressure pulses appear continuously, which excites the vibration of the pump body and the valves and pipelines of the pipeline system to generate noise.
(3) Reverberation noise. One is the reflection of objects and walls, and the other is the excitation by vibration reduction, which will increase the density of noise energy. When the sound waves are incident on the interior surface of the room, part of them are reflected and part of them are absorbed depends on the absorption coefficient of the indoor surface area. When resonance occurs between the pump and the pipeline, this kind of "reverberation noise" has a greater impact.
