(2) Corrosion or extrusion of heat exchanger gaskets. In the case of internal leakage, consider whether the heat exchanger gasket is corroded or extruded. The general judgment is whether the plate is corroded or not, you can look at the outside of the plate changer. If the gasket is corroded, there will usually be leakage holes, and internal leakage and leakage will occur.
(3) The gap between the plates is blocked. Sometimes the internal leakage is considered to be blocked. When the water is extremely dirty, the sediment in the water will adhere to the surface of the plate for a long time, and the sludge will block the gasket. When the resistance increases, water will seep out from other places, thus causing internal leakage.
