(1) Due to its special plate design, the plate heat exchanger has a high heat transfer coefficient and a good heat exchange effect. When the plates are not cleaned for a long time and the surface is dirty, the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger will be greatly reduced.
(2) When there is dirt on the surface, the thickness of the plates is increased in disguise, thereby reducing the plate spacing. It narrows the flow path of the hot and cold media and increases the resistance.The water pump in the heat exchange system is generally selected based on the heating radius. When the internal resistance of the pipe increases, the high load operation of the pump will cause great damage to the pump, and the flow of the pump will not reach the predetermined flow, which will affect the heat exchange effect.
(3) When there is dirt in the heat exchanger, the rubber pad of the heat exchanger will be affected, lose its elasticity and leak, which directly affects the service life of the heat exchanger.
