(1)The working principle of the plate heat exchanger is that many layers of relatively thin copper plates in the plate heat exchanger are superposed with different structures. The inner layer is a high temperature lithium bromide solution.The first layer flows solution with a relatively low temperature is provided with a sealing ring in the middle, and the heat transfer between the hot and cold fluid in the flow path to achieve cooling.
(2)The plate heat exchanger can achieve better heat transfer through the thin copper sheet, so as to heat the low temperature solution and reduce the high temperature solution, which can achieve a win-win effect for cooling the quenching oil.
(3)It is customary to say that the working principle of the plate heat exchanger can be understood as that two relatively independent passages composed of a plurality of heat exchanger plates are respectively separated from the heat medium, and the heat conduction of the white steel sheet with good heat transfer performance is used. The heat of the hot side medium increases the heat content of the cold side medium; or the low heat content of the cold side medium absorbs the heat on the hot side to achieve the effect of cooling.
(4)Compared with traditional heat exchange equipment, plate heat exchangers not only have advantages in appearance, but also have great advantages in function use: that is, the heat can be used twice, and resources can be fully utilized to achieve energy saving. The principle of the previous tube-type plate is the same, but the effect of heat exchange is definitely better without the plate heat exchanger.
