The air-conditioning system may use heat exchangers in two parts. The first is the fluorine-water heat exchanger inside the air-conditioning main unit of the water system. There are generally three types of heat exchangers. If it is the host of the water system, there must be a heat exchanger. The other is that the household air-conditioning water system uses a small heating boiler to assist heating. A plate heat exchanger will also be connected in series in front of the air conditioning host behind the circulating water pump on the main pipeline. This is used for heat exchange between air conditioning system water and boiler heating water (the boiler has two circuits of heating and domestic hot water).
In winter, the boiler temperature needs to be set. When the set temperature is reached, the heating circulation pump starts to work. The water is output to the heat exchanger to heat the return water on the main pipe of the air conditioning system. If the heat exchanger is cancelled in order to save costs and reduce costs, the heating furnace must be connected in parallel with the main pipe. When used in winter, the circulating pump of the main system and the heating circulating pump of the boiler subsystem grab water, resulting in insufficient heating water flow of the boiler, and the boiler cannot perform the heating function.If you want to cancel the heat exchanger, add a gate valve or a shut-off valve to the main section of the boiler in parallel, close the valve when heating, and then cancel the boiler's circulating water pump. This time is equivalent to connecting the boiler to the air-conditioning piping system.
