Plate heat exchangers are used for heating, cooling, evaporation and condensation. It is a good heat exchange equipment in terms of domestic drainage and waste heat utilization. The plate heat exchanger cleaning includes chemical cleaning, backwashing and mechanical cleaning. So what is the cleaning process of the plate heat exchanger?
(1) Descaling and cleaning of plate heat exchanger
Add the configured descaling detergent in proportion to the circulating water of the cleaning tank for boiler cleaning and descaling. Determine the cleaning cycle time and the amount of medicine added according to the amount of scale. After confirming that all scales have been cleaned, proceed to the next cleaning procedure.
(2) Clean the heat exchanger with clean water.
After connecting the cleaning equipment to the boiler, clean it with clean water for 10 minutes, check the leakage of the system, and clean the floating rust.
(3) Stripping and anticorrosive cleaning.
Add surface stripping agent and slow-release agent in the circulating water of the cleaning tank according to the proportion, and cycle cleaning for 20 minutes to separate the scale and the cleaned parts. At the same time, the anti-corrosion treatment is performed on the surface of the object without fouling, so as to reduce the corrosion of the cleaning agent on the cleaning parts during the descaling cleaning.
(4) Passivation coating treatment.
Adding passivation coating agent to perform passivation coating treatment on the plate heat exchanger cleaning system, which has a better effect on reducing the corrosion of pipelines and components and the generation of new rust.
