(1) Cooling of lees centrifugation. Centrifugal liquid of lees is the temperature of the liquid after separation of lees from the bottom of the crude distillation column is 80-82 ℃. The clear liquid can go to the mixing tank to mix and directly flow into the saccharification tank to return to the system, but due to the higher temperature, the loss of activated enzyme activity is greater. Therefore, it must be cooled before it can be used in the system.
(2) Secondary steam recovery of liquefied tritium. The secondary steam of liquefied tritium is recovered by a plate heat exchanger and used to heat the process water, the secondary steam condensate of the evaporation section, and the centrifugal liquor of the lees. Heating these mixtures to 70 ° C can effectively save energy.
(3) Cool the fermentation mash. The traditional fermentation process often uses a snake tube cooler to spray the fermentation tank for cooling. The main disadvantages are large water consumption, poor environment, unfavorable to civilized production, and difficult maintenance.In recent years, some new alcohol plants use plate heat exchangers, but there are problems in processing quality or other aspects. In some alcohol plants, the fermentation process using plate heat exchangers to cool the fermentation mash, the effect is very good, without clogging.
