The plate heat exchanger is a kind of high-efficiency heat exchanger made of a series of metal sheets with a certain corrugated shape. The interface of the plate heat exchanger is determined according to the customer's needs and the actual conditions of the working conditions. The interface of the plate heat exchanger is a liner, a flange and a connecting flange. What are the types of flange interface of plate heat exchanger? According to the position of the inlet and outlet flanges, it is divided into single side, double flow and single two side.
(1) A single side is the most commonly used and most standard type of plate heat exchanger, which is usually used for water-water and steam-water heat exchange. The four holes of the interface are on the clamping plate and are distributed on the four corners according to the specified positioning size.
(2) One side respectively. The form of the interface is determined according to the position of the pipe, and the positions of such interfaces are longitudinal on the left and right sides, respectively.
(3) Double process. It is usually used to heat oil. Due to the high density and high concentration of oils, the heat transfer coefficient is low during heat exchange, so a deflector is installed in the middle to form two processes, so that the heat exchange coefficient is increased to complete the heat exchange. The position of the flange is on the uppermost side of the movable plate and the pressing plate.
(4) Single sides(Three passes). It means that the four flange holes are on the left and right sides, respectively on the upper end of the fixed plate and the lower end of the movable plate.
