Plate heat exchanger is an ideal equipment for liquid-liquid and liquid-vapor heat exchange. When the plate heat exchanger works for a long time, the surface of the heat transfer plate will produce different degrees of dirt, which will increase the flow resistance and reduce the heat transfer performance. The main reason is that the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet increases and the outlet temperature of the refrigerant decreases. What should I pay attention to when debugging heat exchanger products under normal use?
(1) We must reserve certain check points around the plate heat exchanger.
(2) The pipes connected to the heat exchange equipment should be cleaned before installation to prevent sand, oil, slag and other debris from entering the plate heat exchanger, causing blockage of the flow channel or damaged plates. The plate heat exchanger has a small footprint and light weight. In addition to the volume of the equipment itself, no additional space for inspection and installation is required. The thickness of the heat exchange plate is only 0.6~0.8mm.
(3) The sequence of opening and stopping of the plate heat exchanger. When stopping, the medium solenoid valve on the high pressure side is first closed, and the solenoid valve on the low pressure side is closed. When starting, the low-pressure side plunger valve is opened, the medium fills the plate heat exchanger channel, and then the high-pressure plunger valve is slowly opened. Plate heat exchangers can be used for heating, cooling and food sterilization in various processes.
