(1) Plate heat exchange with small temperature difference
The plate heat exchanger has high heat transfer coefficient and strong turbulence. The temperature difference between one or two hot water heat exchangers is small, and the heat exchanger heating and temperature difference in the heat exchanger can reach 1 to 3. It can greatly improve the economy of the heat exchanger.
(2) Small heat loss of heat exchanger
Since the edges of the steel plate and the surrounding gaskets are exposed to the atmosphere, the heat loss is small (usually about 1%), so there is no need to take heat preservation measures.
(3) Plate heat exchanger has strong adaptability
When the heat transfer plate of the heat exchanger is assembled, it can be easily increased or reduced. According to the requirements of production and process, the heat exchange plates can be rearranged and combined with flow. Plate heat exchangers are widely used in chemical engineering, machinery, cement, petroleum, electric power, hot water heating and other engineering fields. It is used for heating, cooling, evaporation, condensation, heat recovery and other processes through plate heat transfer.
(4) The plate heat exchanger is flexible in operation and convenient in maintenance
Both the heat transfer plate and the movable pressing plate are suspended on the beam of the plate heat exchanger. The rolling device is installed on the top of the pressing plate. Open the heat exchange equipment to clean, check or replace the gasket.
