Tubular Heat Exchanger Design

  The use of tubular heat exchangers encompasses a variety of different aspects of use. Through the simultaneous use of these different Tubular Heat Exchanger Designcomponents, the calculation effect is produced for us to use.

(1) Condensation heat transfer outside the tube heat exchanger, including: wall temperature setting, qualitative temperature and physical property parameter calculation,design the total heat transfer amount and the actual heat transfer amount calculation, the countercurrent average temperature difference calculation, the tube heat transfer coefficient calculation, and the shell heat transfer coefficient calculation steps.

(2) Natural convection heat transfer outside the pipe: including wall temperature setting, qualitative temperature and physical property parameter calculation, design total heat transfer and actual heat exchange calculation.

(3) Forced convection heat transfer temperature outside the pipe. It mainly includes: calculation of qualitative temperature and physical property parameters, calculation of total heat transfer capacity and actual heat exchange amount, preliminary selection of heat transfer coefficient, calculation of heat transfer coefficient of tube process, turbulent heat transfer in tube, and laminar heat transfer in tube.
