1. Take care to avoid ice formation in the plate heat exchanger:
When the temperature is below zero degrees Celsius, the water in the surface of the plate heat exchanger will freeze, and the volume will increase in the future, and then the plate heat exchanger will be formed into a burst. Therefore, it is necessary to install a drainage device so as to discharge the water when the plate heat exchanger is left on.
2. Dust treatment in water:
(1)Solid dirt: Solids that are not melted in water, easily plugging the pipe and warming the communicator. Fiber blunts do not pass through the cooler, and must be removed. The particle debris should not be less than 0.8mm. It is recommended to have a 40~70 policy power filter. However, the power filter must be maintained as scheduled to eliminate blunt objects.
(2)Water soluble materials. The calcium and magnesium ions in the water will form a ditch scale under the effect of high temperature, which will affect the heat communication rate of the plate heat exchanger and reduce the performance of the plate heat exchanger!.It need to reduce the content of calcium and magnesium ions in water. (3)Dust disposal: In the actual application, the plate heat exchanger will slowly reduce the amount of water and dirt in its reincarnation. Therefore, the plate heat exchanger should be treated with dust after it has been used for a period of time.
3. Corrosion resistance:
Stainless steel is resistant to corrosion by a large number of chemicals, but is relatively slow to chloride. Therefore, it is necessary to restrict the lightness to 280 ppm or more (less than 55 ℃). And the pH of the water needs to be maintained between certain scales.
