Disassembly cleaning, descaling is relatively thorough, the effect is good, but the labor is large, the process is complicated, and it is easy to cause adverse effects such as leakage of heat exchanger and damage of spare parts; no demolition cleaning is not thorough enough, but the labor is small and the process is simple. It is not easy to cause adverse effects such as leakage of heat exchangers and damage to spare parts. When the plate heat exchanger is severely fouled, the heat exchange efficiency is low, or even blocked, it must be disassembled and cleaned; when the plate heat exchanger is less fouled or aged, it can be taken without disassembly cleaning.
