(1) A hot mixing plate is used.The corrugated geometric structure of the two sides of the mixing plate is the same. The plate is divided into a hard plate and a soft plate according to the angle of the herringbone corrugation. The angle is greater than 90° (hard plates), and the angle is less than 90°(Soft plates).
(2) Asymmetrical plate heat exchangers are used. (3) Adopt multiple process combinations.When the flow rate of the hot and cold medium is large, a multi-process combination arrangement can be adopted. A small flow side uses more processes to increase the flow rate and obtain a higher heat transfer coefficient, and a smaller flow side uses a smaller process to reduce the heat exchanger resistance.
(4) Selection of the form of plate heat exchanger.The average flow velocity of the medium in the flow path between the heat exchanger plates is preferably 0.3-0.6 m/s, and the resistance is not more than 100 kPa.
