Plate heat exchanger gaskets are specially used to seal plates in plate heat exchangers. Its materials mainly include nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), high temperature nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) and fluorine rubber, which is an important part of the plate heat exchanger. Its quality affects the overall performance and working conditions of the plate heat exchanger. Many of our customers find that there is no gasket for the first plate after purchasing the gasket for the plate heat exchanger. The sealing gasket of the first plate is assembled on site. How is the first plate gasket of the plate heat exchanger made?
(1) First we have to prepare two channel gaskets. The first plate of the plate heat exchanger does not participate in heat exchange, so we need to seal all four corner holes. If the plate heat exchanger is assembled with 100 plates, then we have to buy 101 gaskets.
(2) Please cut the gasket of the heat exchanger in the center, and buckle up the position of the original second seal first, and remember not to install it wrong.
(3) Please cut off the prepared second gasket in the center, then cut off the buckle on the edge and the buckle on the second sealing position. Since there is no fixed buckle, we have to apply glue to the gasket groove, and then put the gasket flat into the groove when it is slightly dry. Please remember not to move out of the gasket slot, otherwise it cannot be used.
(4) The finished first board needs to wait for the glue to dry, and the surface is best pressed with a flat mold to ensure complete adhesion.
