The working temperature of the plate heat exchanger is essentially the temperature that the gasket can withstand, and the working pressure of the plate heat exchanger is also restricted by the gasket.The plate heat exchanger gasket can be divided into 3 types according to the different installation methods.
(1) Direct paste type: After applying the sealant on the sealing gasket, it is directly adhered to the installation groove of the heat exchange plate.
(2) Plastic nail inlay type: It is designed with assembly holes on the heat exchange plate, rubber nails are designed on the side of the gasket. After the gasket is put into the installation groove, the glue nail is embedded in the assembly hole.
(3) Buckle type: a buckle is designed on the side of the gasket, and the gasket is buckled on the heat exchange plate with the buckle.
For the above three methods, the paste type sealing gasket has a simple structure and is easy to process, but installation and removal are relatively troublesome.Inlaid and snap-on gaskets have complex structures and are cumbersome to process, but they are relatively easy to install and remove.Plate heat exchanger gaskets are divided into symmetrical and asymmetrical shapes according to the cross-sectional shape of the product. Symmetric shapes are generally used for diagonal flow plates. The upper and lower sealing surfaces are flat, symmetrical along the horizontal plane, and can be installed in both directions.The asymmetric ground is flat, and the upper sealing surface can be flat, curved, or inclined.
