How to improve the application effect of the cooler?
(1) The foundation of the cooler must prevent the cooler from sinking. Sufficient space should be left at the end of the fixed-hole pan head cover so that the tube bundle can be withdrawn from the housing. When the cooler is in place, it should be carried out according to the lifting specification. After the leveler is aligned, tighten the anchor screws and connect the hot and cold medium inlet and outlet pipes.
(2) Before starting the cooler, exhaust the air in the cavity to improve the heat transfer efficiency. The steps are to loosen the venting plug at the end of the hot and cold media, close the media outlet valve and slowly open the inlet valve of the hot and cold media, so that the hot and cold media overflow from the vent holes. Then tighten the bleed plug and close the water inlet valve.
(3) When the water temperature rises 5-10 °, open the water inlet valve of the cooler medium (remember to open the water inlet valve quickly, because the large amount of water from the cooler will cause a layer of poor heat conductivity on the heat exchanger surface Supercooled layer), and then open the inlet and outlet valve of the hot medium to make it flow. Then pay attention to adjusting the flow of the cooler medium to keep the heat medium at the operating temperature.
