(1) Please avoid freezing of the plate heat exchanger.
When the temperature is lower than zero degrees Celsius, the water on the surface of the plate heat exchanger will freeze, and the volume of the plate heat exchanger will increase after freezing, which will cause the plate heat exchanger to burst.Therefore, it is necessary to equip the plate heat exchanger with drainage equipment so that the water in the plate heat exchanger can be drained out when the plate heat exchanger is put aside.
(2) Treatment of dirt in the water of the heat exchanger.
Solids that do not melt in water can easily clog the pipe and the heater. The blunt fiber cannot pass through the cooler and must be removed. Particles should not be smaller than 0.8mm. It is recommended to equip a 40-70 power filter. However, the work filter must be maintained as scheduled to remove blunt objects.
The calcium and magnesium ions in the water will form water scale scale under the effect of high temperature, which will affect the heat communication rate of the plate heat exchanger and reduce the performance of the plate heat exchanger.
(3) Anti-corrosion of plate heat exchanger.
Stainless steel has corrosion resistance to most chemicals, but it is relatively slow to chloride ions. Therefore, it is necessary to restrict its lightness to 280ppm or more (below 55°C). Moreover, the pH value of water must be maintained at a certain scale.
