Each specification can meet the requirements of different working conditions. Generally speaking, the heating medium used for heating is mostly hot water and steam. The form of heating is roughly divided into central air conditioning, fan coil and radiator. A customer wants to use 80℃ high temperature hot water to heat normal temperature water, and then send it to each user in the community through the heating form of radiator. Then we can confirm that both the hot side and the cold side are water, and the inlet and outlet temperatures of the primary and secondary sides are also clear. We also need to let customers provide a flow or total heat exchange. However, this customer is the first contact with the water plate heat exchanger, and is not clear about the flow rate and total heat exchange. Then we want the customer to provide the heating area of the entire community so that the total heat exchange can be calculated. The customer informed that the entire heating area is 27,000 square meters. According to this parameter, it can be calculated that the water-water plate heat exchanger needs a total heat exchange of 1560KW. We design and select the required water-water plate heat exchanger based on the inlet and outlet temperature of the primary measurement and the inlet and outlet temperature of the secondary side. The heat exchange area of the heat exchanger is 13 square meters. The heat exchanger model is BR26-13 and the plates are deep corrugated.
