Fan coils are ideal end products for central air conditioning. Fan coils are widely used in hotels, office buildings, hospitals, commercial and residential, and scientific research institutions. The fan cools or heats the indoor air or outdoor mixed air through the surface cooler and sends it into the room to reduce or increase the indoor temperature to meet people's comfort requirements. However, the plate heat exchanger occupies a pivotal position in this system. When designing a plate heat exchanger, it is necessary to provide the inlet and outlet temperature and flow rate of the primary side and the inlet and outlet temperature and flow rate of the secondary side. For some very mature systems, there is generally a range of industry parameters for board replacement manufacturers to select. So how to design a fan coil and plate heat exchanger system?
(1) When heating is needed in winter, the design temperature of the fan coil is generally 95℃-70℃.
(2) When cooling is required in summer, the design temperature of air-conditioning chilled water is generally 7℃-12℃
(3) When used as cooling water in summer, the general design temperature design range is 32℃-37℃.
(4) When the air-conditioning hot water is the most in winter, the general design temperature design range is 60℃-50℃.
