(1) A certain inspection site should be reserved around the position where the plate heat exchanger is installed.
(2) Before installing the heat exchanger, clean the pipes connected to it to prevent sand, oil, welding slag and other debris from entering the plate heat exchanger, causing flow passage obstruction or damage to the plates.The plate heat exchanger has a small footprint and light weight. In addition to the volume of the device itself, there is no need to reserve additional inspection and installation space.
(3) The sequence of opening and closing of the plate heat exchanger: When shutting down, close the high-pressure medium solenoid valve first, and then close the low-pressure medium solenoid valve. When starting up, first open the low-pressure medium plunger valve and slowly open the high-pressure medium plunger valve after the medium fills the plate heat exchanger channel.
(4) Check whether all clamping bolts are loose before putting into use.
