Once the detachable plate heat exchanger has excessive pressure drop, it will seriously affect the system's requirements for flow and temperature. Therefore, it must be handled in time to avoid affecting the use of the equipment. So how to deal with the large pressure drop of the plate heat exchanger?
(1) Please remove the dirt or plate fouling in the flow channel of the heat exchanger. The newly operating system can be cleaned once a week according to the actual situation. When cleaning the scale (CaCO3) on the surface of the heat exchanger plates, we choose 0.3 sulfamic acid solution or 0.8 nitric acid solution containing 0.3 urotopin, 0.2 aniline, and 0.1 potassium thiocyanate as the cleaning solution, and the cleaning temperature is 40～ 60°C. When disassembling and cleaning, please soak the plate in the cleaning solution for 30 minutes, then use a soft brush to gently brush the scale and clean it with water. Avoid damaging the plates and rubber pads during the cleaning process of the heat exchanger.
(2) The secondary circulating water adopts soft water after softening treatment. Generally, it is required that the concentration of suspended solids in water is not more than 5 mg/L, the diameter of impurities is not more than 3 mm, and the pH is ≥ 7. When the water temperature is not more than 95℃, the concentration of Ca and Mg should not be more than 2 mmol/L. When the water temperature is greater than 95℃, the concentration of Ca and Mg should not be greater than 0.3 mmol/L, and the mass concentration of dissolved oxygen should not be greater than 0.1 mg/L
(3) For the central heating system, the method of replenishing water once can be used.
