During the use of rubber, the aging will lose its sealing effect and leakage will occur.When the plate heat exchanger gasket is aged, the following temporary measures can be taken:
(1) The softening of the elastic gasket is related to the pressure and temperature. When the gasket loses its elasticity, the plate heat exchanger will leak.In order to solve the dripping phenomenon caused by the aging of the gasket, the sealing performance adjustment of the heat exchanger is allowed. Tighten the bolts of the plate heat exchanger again, adjust the pressing force of the elastic gasket between the heat exchangers, and solve the dripping problem.
(2) Both large and small stresses are allowed on the nameplate of the plate heat exchanger. For new plate heat exchanger plate sets, a small allowable stress should be used for connection fixation.Depending on the number of plate heat exchanger sheets, the tightening force of the plate heat exchanger can be adjusted one or more times. Each time you tighten, you can screw the nut into 3mm and pay attention to the stress of the plate.Only allow heat exchangers without working pressure to adjust the tightening force at room temperature to prevent dripping.
