Heat exchangers play an important role in chemical, petroleum, power, food and many other industrial productions. In chemical production, heat exchangers can be used as heaters, coolers, condensers, evaporators and reboilers. So how are heat exchanger products classified?
The plate heat exchanger consists of a highly efficient heat transfer corrugated sheet and frame. The plate is clamped between the fixed compression plate and the movable compression plate by bolts. A plurality of flow passages are formed inside the heat exchanger, and the plate is sealed with rubber between the plates. The crimping plate has a connector for connecting the device to the outside.
(2) Spiral plate heat exchanger
The spiral plate heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchanger device, which is suitable for steam-vapor, vapor-liquid, liquid-liquid, and liquid heat transfer. It is suitable for chemical, petroleum, solvent, pharmaceutical, food, light industry, textile, metallurgy, steel rolling, coking industries. According to the structure, it can be divided into non-removable (i-type) spiral plate type and detachable type (ii type, iii type) spiral plate heat exchanger.
(3) Shell-and-tube heat exchanger
Shell-and-tube heat exchangers are general-purpose process equipment for heat exchange operations. Widely used in chemical, petroleum, petrochemical, electric power, light industry, metallurgy, atomic energy, shipbuilding, aviation, heating industry sectors. Especially in petroleum refining and chemical processing equipment, it plays an extremely important role.
(4) Tube heat exchanger
Tube heat exchanger (also known as tube condenser).According to the material, it is divided into carbon steel tube type heat exchanger, stainless steel tube type heat exchanger and carbon steel and stainless steel mixed tube type heat exchanger.According to the form, it is divided into fixed tube plate type, floating head type and u type tube type heat exchanger.According to the structure, it can be divided into single tube, double tube and multi tube, and the heat transfer area is 1~500m2, which can be customized according to user needs.
(5) Volumetric heat exchanger
The automatic temperature-controlled and energy-saving volumetric heat exchanger, which utilizes steam energy, high efficiency and energy saving, is a new type of water heater.Ordinary water heaters generally need to be equipped with a water-heat exchanger to reduce the temperature of the steam condensate for reuse. The energy-saving heat exchanger condensate water outlet temperature is about 45 °C, or directly back to the boiler room for reuse. This reduces equipment investment and saves heat exchanger room area, thereby reducing the base construction price.
