(1) Ship central cooler
The central cooler is generally a heat exchange device that handles the entire cooling system. Generally, seawater is used as the cold source for the cold source. Considering that seawater contains a high content of chloride ions, we recommend using titanium plates as the plate material of the plate heat exchanger.
(2) Fresh water cooler
Both sides of the fresh water cooler use fresh water medium, so at this time we can consider using stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316L.
(3) Oil cooler
The lubricating oil cooler is a device for cooling the lubricating oil of the main engine of the generator. One side uses the lubricating oil and the other uses the sea water. When choosing the material, consider using titanium plate as the plate heat exchanger plate material. It is recommended to use NBRP for the material of the plate heat exchanger rubber gasket.
