In chemical production, plate heat exchangers are widely used as heaters, coolers, condensers, evaporators, and reboilers. How to check the plate heat exchanger?
(1) Sweep the entire plate heat exchanger equipment system to ensure that the plate and plate heat exchanger pipeline valves are unobstructed.
(2) All the attachments to the equipment should be complete and flawless, the surface switching control system should work flawlessly, the switching valve should be active and reliable, and meet the needs of skills.
(3) Load test and inspection, each policy should reach the skills required.
(4) During the inspection, check the plate and plate heat exchanger for leaks and abnormal sounds. If no leaks, medium series, temperature and pressure are within the allowable value, the inspection is qualified. If there is no abnormality after 24 hours of continuous work, you can submit to production.
After maintenance, the heat exchanger is not necessarily free of problems, which requires maintenance before use. It is determined that there is no problem before the maintenance, so that unnecessary injuries can be avoided.
