However, the scaling problem of plate heat exchangers in the use process has caused some troubles for the majority of users. So how to alleviate the scaling of the plate heat exchanger
(1) Plate heat exchangers should not be used in dirty or fouling environments (unless other effective measures are added), the operating temperature should be controlled at around 50℃ or lower.
(3) When using unsoftened cooling water as the cooling medium, avoid the sensitive temperature of precipitation of calcium and magnesium ions in the medium.
(4) Plate heat exchangers are also very effective in taking periodic chemical cleaning depending on the application, whether it is blockage or scaling.
(5) Adding a polyphosphate buffer to the cooling water, when the pH of the water is high, it may also cause scale precipitation.
