Product Details

The detachable plate heat exchanger is formed by punching a thin metal plate (generally 0.4 mm-0.8 mm) into a convex-concave shape, and a synthetic rubber sealing gasket is attached to the periphery. Each heat-transfer plate is used as a heat transfer unit. The heat transfer plates are combined into a heat transfer portion, and heat exchange is performed when a high temperature fluid or a low temperature fluid flows through the heat transfer plates to form a flow path, and the heat transfer portion is fixed to the fixed plate (frame plate) and the movable plate by the upper and lower two tie rods ( squeeze the plate) and fasten it with long bolts. The detachable plate heat exchanger is easy to disassemble and clean, and the heat exchanger area is flexible and increased, and is used more in heating projects.
