    Because the plate heat exchanger is composed of a plurality of sheets stacked, the medium flows back and forth in a narrow space formed by the sheets. If the viscosity of the fluid is large or the fluid contains solid suspended particles, when flowing through the stagnation region of the flow channel, the particles in the fluid will adhere, aggregate, and scale in these areas, accumulating into a mass, affecting the heat transfer effect. In severe cases, it may even block the flow path, making the process operation more difficult and even affecting production 

   When the equipment is installed in place and the piping is welded, the welding wire should be avoided to be placed directly on the equipment to prevent the welding current from short-circuiting the board. When the equipment is installed, the plate and the pressure plate are not installed correctly. When the bolt is pressed, the gasket is flattened or the plate is extruded, resulting in poor sealing effect and leakage. When the plate is installed, the pressing force of the pressing plate pressing bolt is insufficient and uneven, and the sealing surface cannot maintain sufficient pressing force to cause the medium to leak under the operating condition.
