A swep plate heat exchanger is a thermal device that transfers the heat of a hot fluid to a cold fluid. According to the law of conservation of energy, heat transfer is also an energy balance. The heat transfer process of heat exchangers is generally divided into three types, namely conduction, convection and radiation. Due to the wide use of plate heat exchangers, the development prospects are better. A series of new plate heat exchangers have been developed: (1)Detachable plate heat exchanger: use various heaters, condensers ,oil coolers and water and water heat exchanger with a temperature not exceeding 150 degrees and a pressure not exceeding 1.6 MPa. The heat transfer coefficient is high and the volume is small.(2)Brazed plate heat exchanger: condensers, evaporators, oil coolers, oil heaters, gas coolers with a temperature not exceeding 250 degrees and a pressure not exceeding 3.5 MPa.(3)Spiral plate heat exchanger: the use temperature does not exceed 250 degrees, the pressure does not exceed 3.5MPa oil heater, oil cooler, hot water heater.(4)Welded plate heat exchanger: the stamped stainless steel plate is assembled by manual welding together, there is no sealant strip, and the passage between the plates is wide. It is suitable for the occasion where the working medium (such as organic solvent) is corrosive to the strip, and the pressure resistance is better.
