The plate heat exchanger relies on the pressure plate to press the gasket between the plates to achieve the sealing effect. Due to the long sealing perimeter of the plate heat exchanger, the number of gaskets is large, the pressing force of the compression bolts is uneven, and often disassembly and replacement during use, process parameter changes. It will cause process media to leak and affect production operations.
