Most of the early plate heat exchangers were used in the food industry, such as milk, egg liquid, beer etc. This is because the board of the early phe plates has a small area and cannot form a single heat exchanger with a large area. Therefore, it can only be used in the case of handling small material flow.As the area of the single board increases, the area of the single plate heat exchanger that can be formed increases accordingly. Manufacturers are competing to increase the board area and form large plate heat exchangers now. The future development trend of plate heat exchangers is to increase the operating temperature,operating pressure, increase the processing capacity ,expand the scope of use and develop a manufacturing industry using new structural materials. The development of new gasket materials will increase the temperature and pressure of use, which will be the focus.
