In recent decades, plate heat exchangers have developed rapidly, with more and more types, the better technical performance and wider application range. The plate heat exchanger is mainly composed of two parts: frame sets and plates. Plate heat exchanger plates made of various materials which are pressed into various corrugations shapes by various types of plate mould. There are four conrners coled in the sheet for the fluid flow path. The periphery of the plate and the corner hole are sealed with a rubber gasket. The frame is composed of a fixed pressing plate, a movable pressing plate, upper and lower guide bars, and clamping bolts. The plate heat exchanger is formed by superimposing the plates in the middle of the fixed pressing plate and the movable pressing plate, and then clamping them with clamping bolts.Plate pack heat exchanger is use in oil industry for heating and cooling the synthetic detergent, heating the whale oil, cooling the vegetable oil, cooling the sodium hydroxide, cooling the glycerin, and emulsifying the oil.
