Compared with the shell-and-tube heat exchanger, it has long service life and high heat transfer efficiency.The traditional plate heat exchanger heat transfer formula is often for water-water heat exchange, while the ship plate heat exchanger is generally oil-water heat exchange. In order to ensure the product is reliable and economical, it is necessary to specifically test the oil-water heat transfer performance in the same working condition as the ship, and change the uncertain heat transfer formula into a certain heat transfer formula to ensure the heat transfer effect to the utmost. In order to ensure that the equipment has a certain heat exchange margin, the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger has been repeatedly tested and checked.
In view of the compact structure and small quality of marine equipment, we have studied several schemes that can reduce the quality and dimensions. The hollow carbon steel flat plate and ribbed structure were selected on the premise of comprehensive feasibility, processability and safety. Due to the complex structure, conventional calculation methods cannot accurately calculate the strength and stiffness of the plate during operation. For this purpose, the finite element analysis method is adopted, and the unnecessary part of the plate body is removed or reduced according to the stress strain distribution, and the weakened part is locally thickened to meet the requirements of the marine equipment.
