Increasing the heat transfer coefficient can increase the heat transfer effect, but at the same time, the flow resistance increases, which leads to lower operating efficiency and increase operating cost. The contradiction between the heat transfer coefficient and the pressure drop needs to be further optimized. In the field of central heating, the actual output of the plate heat exchanger often deviates from the design value. After long-term use, it is affected by the dirt and cannot meet the hot water parameters required by the design standards. The cause and engineering design of this problem are not considering the actual operating environment, in the absence of sufficient design data, the designer can only conduct design research according to the experimental conditions, so that the calculation data does not match the actual equipment selection.
