Preventing freezing of brazed heat exchangers
When the temperature of any heat exchanger is lower than zero degrees Celsius, the water in the heat exchanger may freeze.In order to prevent the heat exchanger from freezing due to low temperature, the air conditioning unit must be equipped with a drain valve.Please pay attention to let the water circulate and heat continuously when using, and drain the water when not in use. You can also add ethylene glycol to the water to prevent the water from freezing. In order to prevent the phenomenon of internal icing, please pay attention to whether the temperature of the inlet water in the evaporator is too low, the water flow rate is too small or the water is cut off. Insufficient refrigerant flushing will also cause the evaporation temperature to be too low and freeze the evaporator.
